Dear the American Government,

We as North Vietnamese people are urging you to retreat upon entering our country. We are not in need of your aid nor disjester. And if you choose to decline our plea with you, then we will result in tremendous violence. We are not in search of violence with you, but we're more then willing in subject that you decline our treaty.

QUESTION: What type of people faught for the Viet Cong?

ANSWER: Peasants, some urban workers, at first, mainly soldiers who had fought against the French.

QUESTION: Why did they want to fight America?

ANSWER: US was helping anticommunist South Vietnamese government fight against Viet Cong.

QUESTION: Why did they want to kill people from South Vietnam?

ANSWER: Because many South Vietnamese were fighting to stop reunification under communist rule.

QUESTION: Did the raping and beating of the South Vietnamese make you want to become part of the Viet Cong?

ANSWER: No, because the Viet Cong were every bit as bad as our American troups.
